I have never heard of Yorkshire tea. Is it anything like Earl Grey or Lady Grey. They are two of my favorites.

It is tea blended to taste the same no matter the water quality. I found it in York the first time I was in England. It is packaged in Harrogate.

That's interesting, had not heard of that tea. Do you ever go to Tea by Two in Belair. They do lovely teas and have a good assorrtment of teas -green, black, herbal, tisane. Am there at least once a month.

Dear Hot Tea,
Not only have I had Yorkshire Tea, but if you long for it, go right over to that kitchen place in Festival and buy yourself some (I can't recall the name of the store). At least, they have Yorkshire Gold there, a variation of Yorkshire tea. I like PG Tips, which, fortunately, I can get at Weiss's in Bel Air. But my favorite is a very strong Indian tea - Taj Mahal, which I can get at the Indian grocery store on 33rd Street in Baltimore. I can also get samosas there for 75 cents a piece - phenominal! I'm going to England next week. Shall I pick you up some Yorkshire tea?
